BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groupsLes Mills - BodyPump by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

ZUMBA- A FUN-FILLED LATIN INSPIRED DANCE PARTY!!

PIYO- A great blend of Pilates and Yoga. Get the best of both worlds with this mind and body connection.

Kick Butt Sculpt - No, it’s not kickboxing but an all over body strength and toning class that may incorporate hand weights, resistance bands, stability balls, and body bars.

ProStep - An advanced cardiovascular workout that may include Step, Double Step, HiLo, and other advanced cardio choreography.

Morn'n Bootcamp -. Advanced cardio class that involves traditional drills and high impact exercises to whip you into shape!

30/30 - 30 minutes of PIYO (SEE DESCRIPTION ABOVE) and 30 minutes of Lo Impact cardiovascular work.

Cross Training - A combo of body sculpting and Lo Impact aerobics.

Diva Dance Party - Party if you’re a Diva & let your inner DIVA out!! Put a little shimmy and shake in your step and not to mention in your hips! This class is for all fitness levels. People with 2 left feet welcomed.

Step-N-SPIN - A mixture of step with intervals of indoor cycling, sculpt, or hi/lo

Indoor Cycle - An early morning cycling class guaranteed to get your day started right!

GrooveFusion - Choreographed dance aerobics

BodySCULPT - A great beginner level strength and toning workout that will use barbells, stability balls, exercise tubing and may use “Slide” work.

Beginner Group Fitness - Learn the basics of step, hi/lo aerobics, kickbox, and body sculpting. This class focuses on the beginner participant and is low in impact.

CardioKickbox - High Impact kickboxing class that uses different punch and kick combinations. Some instructors may use weighted gloves, wraps, and jump ropes to intensify workout

All Monday thru Friday 11am classes are geared for beginners, seniors, and anyone that prefers a lower impact workout

Saturday         800am - 300pm

Sunday            900am - 300pm

 

KIDS KLUB HOURS:

Mon.-Thurs. 8 00am - 1 00pm

                     4 30pm - 8 00pm

Fri. & Sat.   8 00am -12 00pm

Sunday:       CLOSED
