cardiovascular workout that may include Step, Double Step, HiLo,
and other advanced cardio choreography.
Morn'n Bootcamp

high impact exercises to whip you into shape!

workout that will use barbells, stability balls, exercise tubing
and may use “Slide” work.
Beginner Group Fitness -
Learn the basics of step, hi/lo aerobics, kickbox,
and body sculpting. This class focuses on the beginner
participant and is low in impact.
CardioKickbox - High
Impact kickboxing class that uses different punch and kick
combinations. Some instructors may use weighted gloves, wraps,
and jump ropes to intensify workout
All Monday thru Friday 11am classes are geared for beginners,
seniors, and anyone that prefers a lower impact workout
